The U-Go Esteem Heavy Duty Bariatric Self-Propelled Wheelchair is the perfect solution for those who require a sturdy and comfortable mobility aid. Available in 4 seat widths of 20", 22", 24" and 26", this wheelchair is designed to cater to the needs of the bariatric market. The steel cross-braced frame provides a strong and stable platform, while the reinforced welded joints ensure that the wheelchair can withstand the pressure of knocks and bumps.
The Esteem ergonomic armrests are height-adjustable and can be moved forward for added support and comfort. The leg rests are also height-adjustable and swing away, and come with calf straps as standard. The wheelchair is equipped with attendant brakes to assist in slow, controlled stops. The upholstery is made from easy-to-clean nylon and is complemented by extra padding on the seat and seat back. Side panels prevent items from getting caught in the rear wheels.
